Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m also a mom and understand firsthand how demanding modern life can feel. I value balance, connection, and creating space to slow down and be present with the people who matter most. I love yoga, constrast therapy, and pickeball.

I’m a licensed mental health therapist passionate about helping people feel less overwhelmed and more connected in their lives and relationships.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, mentally overloaded, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel healthy or fulfilling. Others are navigating major life transitions such as becoming a parent, changes in relationships, or the pressure of trying to balance everything at once.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, gain clarity, and better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should feel supportive and safe, while also helping you develop tools that create meaningful change in your everyday life.

Together we work to improve communication, regulate emotions, and build healthier patterns so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected.

I draw from evidence-based approaches that help clients understand themselves more deeply while also learning practical strategies they can use outside of the therapy room.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I believe in incorporating various modalities, such as yoga, breathwork, meditation, cupping, and more, to enhance your overall well-being. By multitasking and engaging in these practices during our sessions, we can ensure that you not only leave feeling better in your mind but also in your body.
